Shipping & Returns

For skincare, cosmetics and greeting cards:

• Product is returned within 30 days of invoice date.
• Products are unused and unopened.
• Products are in new condition.
• Products are defective upon receipt.

For fine art jewelry:

• No returns for fine art jewelry.  All sales of fine art jewelry are final. 

For original artwork:

• Artwork is returned within 7 days upon receipt.
• Returning of the artwork requires the buyer to notify us via email at customerservice@gingi.com
• Once a return is authorized, the artwork (in original condition) must be shipped to Gingi, Inc. within 3 days to qualify for the a refund.  A return authorization is required for the return of all artwork.  Please email or call for the authorization.
• The artwork must be packed with the original packaging.  If the buyer no longer has the original packaging, the buyer will purchase material to wrap it in the same condition as when received. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees.
• Once we receive the artwork in the original condition, we will refund the purchase price within 7 days less a 25% restocking fee.

  Please follow these packing instructions when returning a product: 

• Glass items must be properly packed for protection (bubble-wrap, peanuts, etc.)
• Merchandise containing liquid must be packaged to prevent leakage.
